City Garden Guest House offers 2 Standard Double rooms (single or double bed), 2 Triple rooms (double bed or 3 singles), and 1 Quadruple room with fixed cradle. All rooms include air conditioning, 32-inch flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, kettles with hot drinks, and private bathrooms with bidets, showers, slippers, and free toiletries. One double room on the ground floor is configured for guests with reduced mobility, featuring electrical bed controls and an accessible bathroom.

Dining and Breakfast

Breakfast is available for €10 per person per day, served from 07:00 to 10:30 in a dedicated indoor room or outdoors in the garden. The buffet includes a chilled counter for fresh food and a dedicated corner for gluten or lactose intolerant guests. Complimentary water bottles are provided in each room's mini-fridge.

The guest house is located in Olbia, 900 meters from downtown and 50 meters from the bus stop. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 4.5 km away, Isola Bianca Maritime Station is 2.5 km, and the new train station is 500 meters. Beaches like Pittulongu (5.5 km) and Porto Istana (6 km) are nearby. The Costa Smeralda beaches begin at Porto Rotondo, and La Maddalena archipelago is reachable via ferry from Palau.
